Persons wishing to travel to Turkey to inspect any of our properties/developments can do so independently or join one of our arranged trips. It is possible to visit both Turkey during the one inspection trip.  We will be arranging group inspection tours all throughout the summer period of January to the end of December. To join us on any of these tours simply contact us with your preferred dates and location and we will arrange everything for you including flights, airport transfers, accommodation, travel insurance etc. We will source the very best price for you, which you will then be invoiced for. In order to minimise expenditure in the best interests of all our genuine customers you will be asked to pay for the cost of travel but should you purchase through us we will credit you with €500.00 for each property purchased as a contribution towards your travel expenses.

Off-Plan Properties
If you are purchasing a property off plans and would like to avail of your inspection trip at a later stage, we will deduct €500.00 off the published price of each property that you purchase through us, which you can later use at your discretion.

Own Travel Arrangements
If you make your own travel arrangements we will be delighted to meet with you in Turkey, provide accommodation for you if required and spend as much time as you wish with you showing you our extensive range of property and investment opportunities. If you decide to purchase through us, we will deduct €500.00 off the cost of your purchase as a contribution towards your travel costs.

Year-Round Trips
During the summer period of January to December our pre-arranged inspection tours will normally be for one-week duration but can usually be extended to two weeks at your request.  During the remainder of the year trips can be arranged for 3-7 days duration or at your request.

Direct Flights from Ireland
Flights are direct from Ireland, currently from Dublin and Cork to Izmir Adnan Mendes and Antalya airports for the full duration of the tourist season. Off-season flights are Dublin/Cork/Shannon/Knock via London or many other European airports and on to Izmir, Bodrum, Antalya. The costs vary from approx €300/€500 in summer and €400-€600 in off-season. Direct flights from Dublin to Istanbul commenced in March 2006 and Easyjet are due to commence budget flights from London to Istanbul in June/July 2006.  British Airways also now fly direct to Izmir from Gatwick Airport.
