You may already know where you want to buy but nothing beats getting to know an
area and seeing a selection of our properties for yourself. You can arrange an inspection
trip with us free. It will be our pleasure to show you around the resorts and to
accompany you on a tour of the properties we have for sale. Our inspection trips
are simple to arrange and typically last 3 – 7 nights. If you have already organized
your travel, we can meet you during your stay.

When you decide to buy house, you can call us or send an e-mail. We provide your
accommodation, flighting tickets and inward-outward transfers. Also we help you
to discover the Kuşadası. Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport is the closest airport to
Kuşadası. You can make your way directly to Izmır Adnan Menderes Airport with Biritish
Airways, Turkish Airlines, Cyprus Airways, Thomas Cook Airlines or you can flight
to Istanbul with EasyJet Airlines and then you can find flighting from İstanbul
to Izmir each hours.
Before we start with your property search, will discuss your requirements, not to
waste your time showing you properties you are not interested in.
What is included in the free inspection trip is :
*Airport Transfers
*Accommodation in 3 star hotel 3 nights Half Board (extra day supplement will be charged after 3 nights)
*Site seeing tours with lunch
*Historical Trip with Lunch (Fish)
*Contract and celebration with champagne
If you sign the contract on the 3rd day in addition to these we pay your flight
fee and your accommodation in the hotel up to 7 nights.
Let’say you have decision to buy one of the Samyeli Villas, we recommend a lawyer
who has insurance against any mistake. He does research about deed, residence permit
and villas for you. After everything is complete, protocol which is prepared by
your lawyer signed by seller and buyer. In the presence of your lawyer, you are
going to pay %10 of sales price. After completing lawyer’s paperworks in office
of the land registry, you are going to pay remaining whole balance to the seller.
Also the seller provide to ensure that you are the new owner of deed. All transactions
and process occur in the presence of your lawyer, title deed officer and sworn interpreter.
Let’ say you arrive to Turkey although you abandon to buy villa. Nevertheless, do
not feel trouble. We provide your accommodation, eating-drinking and inward-outward
transfers, just you have to buy your flight tickets.
Mortgage is available in Turkey. To get mortgage, you have to bring your and your
wife’s income statue documents in your country, proof of the tax paid documents
in the last three months and also you are going to need some copies from your passport
and passport-sized photos. Banks responses applications in three business days,
also banks provide %50 part of sales price because of you are living abroad. You
have to pay other %50 part in your own way.
We can bargain on the price. When we come together in Turkey, we can deal a price
which will make happy both of us.
Note : Home purchases by foreigners is going to take 2-3 months in Turkey. At first
you must come and see the Samyeli Villas.
Note : Summer time goes from the first of April until the 30th of November, and
the temperature comes down about 5 degree in Kusadası.
You are under no obligation to purchase, but you are under an obligation to view
our properties for the duration of your visit. Clients who wish to use our inspection
tours for any other reason will be held in breach of contract and will then be required
to pay the full cost of inspection tour, as per our trading terms.
PAYMENT PLAN
10 % of the sale price with the contract ( this is non-refundable deposit)
90 % 2 month after the contract when you receve title dead tapu.
